Short Information :	Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the recruitment of Assistant Engineer in Civil and Mechanical/Electrical in various departments of Rajasthan State Government (RPSC AEN Notification 2024). Along with this, recruitment of 43 Assistant Statistical Officers (RPSC ASO Notification 2024) has come out in the Department of Economics and Statistics.

RPSC Recruitment of Assistant Engineer (AE)/ Assistant Statistical Officers (ASO) 2024. Applications for this recruitment are starting from today i.e. 14th August. Candidates can apply by visiting rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. According to the commission, applications for the recruitment of Assistant Engineer (RPSC AEN Recruitment 2024) will be accepted from 14th August to 12th September. At the same time, the application process for Assistant Statistical Officer Recruitment (RPSC ASO Recruitment 2024) will continue from 12th August to 10th September.

Age Limit
For both the recruitments, the age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on January 1, 2025. Candidates from reserved categories of the state will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Engineer: BE/BTech degree in the relevant branch of the post. Assistant Statistical Officer: Masters degree in Maths or Statistics or Commerce with at least second class.

Assistant Engineer: Pre, Mains and Interview Assistant Statistical Officer: Written Exam

Exam Pattern:

Prelims Exam:

• The exam will be in offline mode.
• 2 hours will be given for each paper.
• 200 questions will be asked in Paper-1. Whereas 200 questions will be asked in Paper-2.
• There will be negative marking of 1 mark for the correct answer, 1/3 marks for the wrong answer.

Mains Exam:

• The exam will be in offline mode.
• 3 hours will be given to solve the paper.
• This paper will be descriptive.
• The paper will be in English and Hindi.
